Monthly Refresh - T&C’s

  • Monthly Refreshes are subject to our Monthly Refresh T&C's as well as our General T&C's.
  • DEADLINE for content is the 14th of the month to ensure inclusion in the refresh of the site next month.
  • Ad Hoc Changes of your Shop Page: Please note ad hoc changes are subject to availability, charged at our hourly rate and require 2 working days notice. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. Requests must be made to us via email to info@whizz.ie.
  • Payment is required in advance of work being completed.
  • If Lisa is posting for you over a weekend, please ensure that you email any ad hoc changes directly to us (i.e. Change of Discount Code / Black Box Offer / max of 3 Product Images and/or Links) with 2 working days notice to avoid disappointment i.e. a request made at 6pm on a Friday will not be completed over the weekend as our office is closed on weekends.

Ad Hoc Changes - T&C’s

  • Image Changes and Black Box Offers are classed as Ad Hoc Changes to your page, which are subject to our Ad Hoc T&C's as well our General T&C's.
  • Please note Ad Hoc changes are subject to availability and require 2 working days notice. *Important: Any work requested after this deadline will be considered a Rush Job and will be subject to Rush Job Fees, as listed below. 
  • Our opening hours are Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm. We are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays. Requests must be made to us via email to info@whizz.ie.
  • Payment is required in advance of work being completed.
  • Approvals: Please supply written approval or written revisions of our draft within 3 working days of receiving it (or sooner if we state that in our email to you). If we do not hear from you within 3 working days from when we send your draft, you will be deemed to have approved it. Any revisions made after this time will be subject to our Post-Approval Revision fees listed below.

General T&C's

General Deadlines

Deadlines work two ways and just as we are bound by your deadline, you are also bound by any deadlines given to you. You agree to review our work, provide feedback and approval in a timely manner too (as specified below). We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a timely manner.

You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project – including text, images and other information – as and when we need it and in the format we ask for.

All written content must be supplied to us in full (i.e. written precisely how you wish it to appear on Lisa’s site) and we commence work based on the precise wording you have submitted.

 

Approval from Lisa / Linda

It is your responsibility to ensure that ALL content has been approved by Lisa / Linda prior to sending to us. If we have commenced or completed work using the content you have submitted, and you require revised changes due to your content not being approved, or no longer approved, we can certainly look after your revision requests however, it will not be done at our own cost as it is not an error on our side. Any required amendments that must be made after you have submitted your content will be subject to our Post-Revision Fees / Rush Fees where applicable.

 

Contacting Us

Our Content Requests and T&C’s are listed on the links you are sent. For all queries, please send an email to info@whizz.ie and we will get back to you. We do not offer phone support. 

This is our standard request across the board so that we can have an audit trail of requests and so we can complete each job accurately. We need to be able to focus on whatever project we are working on at the time.

 

Offers out of hours

When our offices are closed, unfortunately we are not available out of hours to publish an offer at exactly the time you want.

When an offer occurs out of hours, we publish it on the last working day beforehand stating the time the offer goes live. i.e.

  • If your offer goes live on a Saturday at 4, we will publish it at close of business Friday, saying 'Offer Valid from Saturday [date] at 4'.
  • If your offer goes live on a Friday at 9, we will publish it at close of business Friday, saying 'Offer Valid from Friday [date] at 9'.
 
 
Deadlines for Content Submission are as follows: 
  • Monthly refresh: Content required on or before 14th of each month
  • Ad Hoc Changes (Black Box Offers / Product Changes): Content required up to 2 working days beforehand
*Important: Any work requested after these deadlines will be considered a Rush Job and will be subject to Rush Job Fees.
 

Along the way we will endeavour to meet all the deadlines set but we are not responsible for a missed deadline if you have been late in supplying content or have not approved or signed off our work on-time at any stage.

 

Deadlines for Revision / Approval are as follows: 

  • Approval Prior to Deadline: Please supply written approval or written revisions of our draft within 3 working days of receiving it (or sooner if we state that in our email to you). If we do not hear from you within 3 working days from when we send your draft, you will be deemed to have approved it. Any revisions made after this time will be subject to our Post-Approval Revision fees listed below.
  • Approval on Rush Jobs: Due to the urgency of a Rush Job, please supply written approval or written revision of our draft within 24 hours of receiving it (or sooner if we state that in our email to you). If we do not hear from you within 24 hours from when we send your draft, you will be deemed to have approved it. Any revisions made after this time will be subject to our Rush Fees listed below and subject to our availability.

 

Revisions

  • One set of changes can be made when you receive our first draft, and they are made free-of-charge. Once approved, no further changes are made free of charge.
  • Further changes requested after the first-draft-changes are complete, are subject to our Post-Approval Revision Fee.
 

Post-Approval Revisions

We want you to avoid these costs, and in order to do so, please send us your approved content correctly when initially submitting it to us, worded precisely how you wish for it to appear, and in the format that we request.
 
However, we understand that some changes are unavoidable, so please note Post-Approval Revisions can be made prior to the deadline, are subject to availability and charged as follows:
  • In the case of a Monthly Refresh, Post-Approval Revision changes are charged at our hourly rate of 100EUR + VAT per hour.
  • In the case of Black Box offers / Product Image changes, a Post-Approval Revision is 25 EUR per re-draft.

Revisions after the deadline are considered Rush Jobs - please see section on Rush Jobs below.

 
 
Rush Jobs & Rush Fees
 
We want you to avoid these costs, and in order to do so, please submit your content prior to your deadline.
 
Rush Fees are double our usual charge and are incurred if you require us to work past a deadline, and/or out of normal working hours, and are subject to our availability. Our deadline for content is as follows:
 
  • Monthly Refresh - full page: Once your deadline has passed (Content due on the 14th of the month), if we are available to complete a Rush Job for you in getting your Monthly Refresh built urgently and at last-minute, you will be charged a Rush Fee (200EUR + VAT per hour i.e. double our hourly rate of 100EUR + VAT per hour) for this work, as it is off schedule.
    • Please note, if you have submitted the majority of content before the deadline of the 14th, and there are 3 or less images outstanding to be sent closer to the Refresh Date, you will not be charged a Rush Fee for the whole page, but you will be charged a Rush Fee (i.e. 50EUR + VAT, which is double the usual admin fee for an 'Image / Product Change') per remaining product.
  • Black Box Offers / Image or Product Changes: Once your deadline has passed (Content due 2 working days before Shout Out), if we are available to still complete a Rush Job for you, you will be charged a Rush Fee (i.e. 50EUR + VAT, which is double the admin fee for 'Image Changes') per re-draft of your Black Box Offer / per Image or Product change thereafter.
 
Resolution of Images

As per Lisa, it is a site-wide condition that once you have submitted your images, we will then optimise, re-size each one (to 248x400px for portraits, and 248x248px for square images) and aim to keep each image between 100-150kb when uploaded to ensure that when up to 24 images are on the page, the speed is not heavily compromised. This applies to all brands, including Lisa’s featured store of the month.

While the quality of each image must be reduced to between 100-150kb, it has to be that way so that Lisa can have so many images on a single page without heavily compromising the load speed of the page (depending on your package, you either have 8 / 12 / 24 images on your page). If we were to upload larger files for every one of your images, it would not only make each brand page very slow to open, but it would also slow the load speed of the site. Slowing the page of your page is not in your interest as it will also affect the bounce rate and SEO ranking of your page.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the first draft and think there is no way in which we can work together then we do offer a full refund. If you have proceeded to make any revisions to the first draft then refunds are strictly not issued beyond this stage.
 
 

Cancellation

A 100% cancellation fee is due once the project has been finished, whether delivered to the client or not.
 
 
Limitation of liability
You, the client, agrees that it shall not hold Whizz.ie or their agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the Whizz.ie's failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused intentionally or through negligent acts or omissions by Whizz.ie or by you the Client, or any client representatives or employees, or a third party.
  
 

Ending our relationship

You may ask us to stop work on your project at any time. If so, please confirm that in writing via email.
 
We may choose to stop acting for you, but only if we have good reason to do so (for example, if you continually do not give us clear and constructive feedback, or do not make a payment when due). If we stop working for you we are still entitled to be paid for any work that we have performed.
 
 
Acceptance of Terms
The purchase of any Lisa's Lust List related package from us in Whizz.ie shall evidence acceptance of these terms by virtue of your continued use of our services.
